“I chose to study at BSMI because I wanted to do the NVQ pathway course for universities. I found out that it was in the south and I wanted to go somewhere different, where there are less Arabic students, so that I can only be speaking English, not Arabic.”
What did you like most about your course and why?
The thing I liked most about level 3 is that I don't have to write too much, just taking notes, asking questions and have a laugh now and then.
How did the course help you achieve your career or educational objectives?
This course helped me improve my writing skills and my confidence at presenting in front of students at our seminars. I asked for help from my teacher to read my assignments and give me feedback about my assignments.
Would you recommend BSMI to prospect students and why?
Yes I would recommend BSMI to prospective students because their courses are pathways for them to go to universities from 1st year, 2nd year or 3rd year. The staff here are relaxed and the communication is easy with some students.
How would you describe the level of academic or career support you received from BSMI?
I would describe the level of academic support is that if a person didn't get what the teacher said, the teacher would explain again. If the student wasn't at school and had a bit of a situation with the assignments, the school would help them.
