Who is suitable for the BSMI franchise programme?

BSMI’s franchise programme is open to existing agencies who have the drive and passion to succeed in the higher education and ELT industries. Ideally, franchisees should have a background in sales and marketing, have existing businesess recruiting students for the UK colleges and universities. BSMI will provide an enhanced training in the school management system used for issuing offering letters, sending out agency agreements, recording calls, sending emails through the system and in CRM used for agent recruitment.

Franchisees should be motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have an understanding of the UK education system and be well-connected in their local education market. Additionally, franchisees should be able to commit to a long-term relationship with BSMI and be willing to invest in the franchise.

How do I get selected for the Franchisee programme?

To be selected for the Franchisee programme, you must meet the criteria that the company has set in place for the programme. This criteria will vary depending on the company, but generally includes having a good credit score, sufficient capital and business experience for the UK market, the forecast of students to be recruited for BSMI directly or indirectly through the sub-agents and a commitment to follow the company’s guidelines and processes.

You must also demonstrate that you have the capacity to manage a franchise and provide the desired customer service. Finally, you must be willing to invest your time and resources in the franchise.
